Backyard Boston

Speechless is a dynamic debate show with one fired up host and four energetic and entertaining panelists. It brings different views of current events that matter most to us in global, world, and local issues. Speechless investigates two hot-button topics and tests our panelists during an unpredictable on-the-spot on segment. Watch Emersonians challenge each others' views on the Emerson Channel.
Backyard Boston is your survival guide to living in Boston! Our hosts fill you in on local hot spots, cheap deals, and of course, the best meals you can find in the city. This is the only show that tells you how to live the Boston city life on a student budget!

Fast Forward Rewind

Every Shade of Wrong

Fast Forward Rewind shows you what's happening on campus and features special interviews, campus tips, and dorm room hints that you need to know for life at Emerson College. The show also features awesome performances of Boston bands that you won't want to miss!

Max Schaefer isn't dead, but a lot of people wish he was. Every Shade of Wrong is  a dark comedy that follows Max's life as he becomes affiliated with mobsters, fights for his life, runs from the cops, and just makes one bad decision after another. The show is a single camera, film noir style that is shot on location throughout the city of Boston. It's Emerson Channel's first television series that's shot like a film but aired as a TV show on a professional level.

The Lion's Den

UpClose

The Lion’s Den is the only sports show on campus dedicated specifically to Emerson athletics. Airing bi-weekly the show covers the highlights of games, upcoming schedules, and has various interviews with people who are important to Emerson’s athletic world. We also highlight each team on campus from Quidditch to Volleyball so if you’re looking for an update on sports, The Lion’s Den is where to find it! Upclose is a new style of documentary show. Focusing on a single theme, the show uses long-form interviews and storytelling to showcase short-form art and documentary related to an overarching concept. UpClose is about making the most ordinary stories extraordinary.
